Return Policy

We will happily exchange an item for you if required. We understand that sometimes people order the incorrect size or there may be a fault with the product.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us indicating the reason for the return and stating your e-mail proof of purchase. Boomerangz LLC must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date. It must be unworn and in its original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). We agree to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us. However, we can’t always guarantee availability of the products you would like to exchange. In this instance a Boomerangz customer service representative will assist you in finding an alternative style. If you are unable to find an alternative style a credit note will be issued to be used in a 12 month period. Returned Boomerangz products that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer. Additional mail and handling charges may apply.

Please refer closely to the sizing chart of all Boomerangz products to match the size most perfect for you. If the wrong size is ordered by you and you require an exchange, additional mail and handling charges will apply. If returning an item that was purchased on our website, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of mail.

The best method and to ensure you receive your replacement pair – it is recommended that you include a self addressed pre-paid satchel in the same satchel as the product you are returning.

Please note that Boomerangz products purchased from other retailers, including department stores and speciality stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
